Do you know the difference between making a determination and forcing through a goal? Since knowing this can make the difference in the results you achieve, we are going to discuss: the difference between having a determination and being attached to and trying to force through a goal. Then we will look at how trying to force through a goal can interfere with the results and finally how to make the shift from trying to force your goal to trusting the universe.
Great job, Margaret. And, so timely for today. My 28th year Gohonzon anniversary! Thank you so much for visiting with me on Monday. You are an inspiration to me.
Thanks for this good advice Margaret.
To put it another way, I think it’s important to be clear about what your goal is, and not prevaricate. At the same time, chanting works best, if you put your goals to the Gohonzon, but don’t judge how it’s going to happen, or even if it’s the right goal. Chanting in this open manner, allows the wisdom to arise within. This can then inform you, about action you may take in order to achieve your goal, (for instance), or even, (perhaps), that this is not the best goal for you, and maybe another one would be better.
I agree. We need to set the direction and trust.
